Madison on Penn | Queen Suite w/ Deck, Floor 2

We have stayed at multiple properties Jake and his team manage and have always had great experiences. We got to experience First Friday in Pittsburgh for the first time and this location was superb for that! Vendors and musicians and artists were set up all up and down Penn Ave. We went out for a great walk and got to enjoy the evening. The place is great and we have returned multiple times and will do so again! Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Jake’s place! It looked exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean. I completely missed the parking instructions and ended up messaging Jake pretty late, but he responded quickly and was so nice and helpful. If you’re picky about where you stay like I am, you’ll definitely love this place. We would happily stay here again!

This was my second stay at this location. I love this unit. I especially enjoy the large balcony. It’s a peaceful neighborhood with lots of people walking, running and just being out and about. Jake’s place is very clean and has everything you need to feel at home. I like it so much, I’m headed back again next week! Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely beautiful, and I would 100% stay here again. The style and furniture were amazing, very comfortable bed and I also made use of the gym and sauna. Right within walking distance to everything you would need and great communication. Thanks again!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jake’s place. I’ve stayed at some of his other listings and have always had a positive experience. This unit is in a great location and central to Shadyside, Bloomfield and Lawrenceville. Easy to get downtown too! Very walkable and peaceful area. I loved having the balcony that faces the street. If you like to people watch or just see what’s going on, this was great! It was clean and decorated very nicely. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again in another visit to Pittsburgh. Oh, there is also a small workout room for the residents that includes a sauna. It was a nice extra. Dedicated parking is always a great find in this city, although other guests did not always stick to their designated spot. It was all good though. Jake was very responsive and just gave me alternate spots I was able to park in.

I had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, modern, and surprisingly cozy, with a bright, open layout that made it feel like home. The Bloomfield location was perfect—an easy walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores. Jake was an outstanding host: incredibly kind, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. His communication made everything seamless. I would absolutely stay here again!

This central airbnb was perfect for our stay! It was so clean and Jake really thought of everything we may need during our stay (pack and play, sound machine, everything you may need in the kitchen, washer/dryer, etc.)! It is centrally located, parking is easy, very quiet. We had our baby with us and we could not hear other people in the complex or the road noise in the bedroom. The apartment had comfortable furniture and the a/c worked great for the hot weather we had during our stay. Jake was very easy to get in contact with and helpful! We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Pittsburgh!

Recently-built, well-designed apartment with all the modern conveniences in a gentrifying, lively neighborhood. We appreciated the balcony above the street, the well-equipped kitchen (thank you for having a metal frying pan instead of a scratched Teflon one), comfortable bed, and washer/dryer. Our host was very responsive when we had issues and questions. We would definitely stay there again. That said, a couple of notes: The dryer is part of the washer, and in our unit, the dryer cycle is loud and thumping and takes hours, so plan for that and do it when you’re out of the apartment. The apartment is so new we had some issues with circuit breakers flipping off that need to be addressed.

Great place to stay right outside of downtown Pittsburgh. Was super easy to find, had parking for one registered car out back, clear instructions and quick response time from host. Will definitely be staying here again.

Jake's place was great! Very nice apartment for a great price. Although you can hear noise from the street, I knew this was a possibility when reading reviews. It's nothing abnormal. I'd defintiely stay here again. Very clean, upscale, and Jake was incredibly responsive and helpful.

the apartment was amazing, the balcony 😍 🙌 ✨️ there was a little craft show with vendor set up below us with several amazing restaurants across the street. Wings over was amazing, restaurant was hot but we got our food to go. everything about the apartment was amazing and the host was super helpful with any help or questions we had.

I had an excellent stay at this unit. Wish I could live there. The unit was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and the space was very comfortable. The designated parking spot was a great convenience, and the fitness amenities added to the overall experience. The attention to cleanliness and detail really made the stay feel welcoming and relaxing. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and comfortable place to stay.

Amazing modern unit, just as shown. Located in a safe area of town. The cleanliness of the unit was top notch. Had a minor electrical issue and Jake was so responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again when I’m in town. Highly recommend.
